Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance marketing strategies that bring in prospective clients and grow Peak's brand.
• Maximize our twelve marketing funnels including: community workshops, TV and radio, podcast, YouTube, and published books.
• Seek out new opportunities to grow our presence and impact as we scale into a national brand.
• Ensure the leadership team has accurate reports and dashboards related to marketing performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with operational and business objectives.
• Demonstrate consistent alignment with company values in all work and communication.
• Participate in self‑improvement initiatives to grow in your role and better serve the team.
