Responsibilities

• Get things done while maintaining our standards of excellence.
• Own delegated tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team accountability.
• Maintain efficiency across all daily business functions.
• Track advisor performance metrics and business data to support firm growth and decision-making.
• Coordinate prospect and client scheduling.
• Serve as a behind-the-scenes anchor to ensure everyone on the team can operate at their best.
