Job summary

Dandale Fence, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Sign Operations Specialist in Chesapeake, VA. You will drive branding and campaigns, coordinating with print teams and field offices to ensure our signs and ads are visible and effective.

You will create content for Facebook and Instagram, manage Meta Ads and our Nextdoor presence, and explore new lead-generation tactics across local markets. Travel to nearby sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in marketing, social media management, or administrative operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads
• Valid driver's license for occasional travel to local sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with local marketing trends in the Chesapeake area.
• Prior experience in the construction or home services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with our print specialists to keep road signs stocked, ordered, and placed on efficient weekly routes across all our field office markets.
• Create and post content and ads across our social media accounts — photos, videos, copy, and creatives primarily to Facebook and Instagram
• Manage our Nextdoor business presence — postings and engagement
• Experiment with new lead-generation tactics and test new platforms or formats to drive real leads
• Maintain smaller business page listings and help keep our local online presence sharp
• Review and rate incoming Google Local Services Ads leads for quality, disputing bad leads for credit
• Craft and send email marketing campaigns to our customers and leads
• Hit performance-based bonuses as new territories ramp up and marketing campaigns grow
