Job summary

Birkey’s Farm Store, Inc. seeks a Marketing Specialist to lead cohesive marketing projects from concept through completion. You will coordinate creative assets, communications, social media content, and stakeholder engagement to drive campaigns.

The role requires designing and distributing print and digital materials, managing the social calendar, updating the website, and supporting events, trade shows, and community activities to boost brand presence.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist manages marketing projects from concept to completion, coordinating creative assets, communications, social media content, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.1. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, andaligned with company objectives.2. Develop, design, produce, and distribute print and digital marketing materials while maintaining brand standards.3. Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content while managing the company’s social media content calendar.4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, store personnel, manufacturers, vendors, and other partners to support corporateand store-level marketing initiatives.5. Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, email, web, and eventchannels.6. Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing objectives.7. Support photography, video, and content creation efforts for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, events, andpromotions.8. Assist with the planning and promotion of company events, trade shows, open houses, and community engagementactivities.9. Maintain marketing assets, templates, and brand resources to ensure consistency across all marketing communications.10. Assist in the selection and ordering of company apparel and promotional items.11. Stay current on marketing, design, and social media trends and best practices.12.
