Job summary

EMR Group USA in Camden, NJ is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support campaigns, communications, events, and marketing materials. This hands-on role is 100% onsite at our Camden HQ and pays $60,000–$80,000 per year.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate projects from planning to completion, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to external communications and branding across print and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and communications activities that support business objectives.
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage print, digital, and promotional materials.
• Assist with the development and management of the company's marketing plan and budget.
• Support marketing campaigns across print and online channels.
• Create presentations, marketing literature, campaign materials, and other marketing content for a variety of audiences.
• Develop engaging internal and external communications.
• Coordinate internal and external marketing events and activities.
• Respond to incoming marketing-related email, phone, and social media inquiries.
• Coordinate promotional items and related materials.
• Support PR and CSR activities as needed.
• Work with the Internal Communications Manager and other internal teams on marketing and communications initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.

EMR is seeking a creative, organized, and detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Camden, NJ. This is a hands‑on role that will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, communications, events, promotional materials, and corporate marketing projects.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will help coordinate and execute projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a variety of audiences, and moving projects forward while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
