Job summary

Fospha is building a measurement-led solution for online retail. We are scaling across London, Mumbai, and Austin and seek a Marketing Science Lead to support enterprise clients with advanced modelling and data-driven decisions.

You will bridge Customers, Customer Teams, Data Science, and Product, turning complex Bayesian models into clear business insights. The role sits in the Customer Success ecosystem, driving growth and trust.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing science, data analytics, or technical account management.
• Deep understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
• Experience with incrementality testing and the AdTech ecosystem (Meta, Google, TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for Enterprise, interfacing with Customers, Customer Teams, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Design first-party incrementality tests and calibrate models to deliver business value.
• Create collateral, training, and knowledge to raise data literacy across GTM teams.
