Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a data scientist to join our Data Science team. You will serve as a dedicated analytical partner to Marketing, applying statistical modeling, experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning to understand marketing effectiveness and inform investment decisions.

You will own and evolve analytical capabilities from problem definition through implementation, interpretation, and business adoption, collaborating with peers and business partners across the organization to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, math, stats, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with marketing measurement or MMM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance Marketing Science capabilities including MMM and attribution.
• Partner with Marketing leaders to translate questions into analyses.
• Translate model outputs into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Develop analytical products and tools for business users.
• Collaborate with experimentation to design tests and validate models.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels and geographies.
• Foster data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Conduct exploratory analyses for evolving business needs.
