Job summary

Valbruna is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist & Sales Support on-site in Fort Wayne, IN to elevate our brand presence and support sales activities.

You will manage digital marketing, promotions, events, and sponsorships, and coordinate with production and the supply chain to ensure accurate order progress and customer communication.

A proactive multi-tasker with manufacturing exposure is ideal, with an Associate degree and 2–4 years of marketing or sales support experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of an Associate’s degree required (preferred focus in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field).
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing or sales support; manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.
• Design: Hands‑on experience creating visual content using Canva, and/or Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branded merchandise: sourcing, design, inventory, and distribution.
• Lead events and trade shows planning, logistics, booth setups, and execution.
• Coordinate sponsorships and community involvement initiatives to strengthen relationships.
• Assist Business Development Manager and Key Account Specialist with order entry and tracking.
• Collaborate with production to verify lead times and order status for end-user accounts.
