Qualifications

• College credits equivalent to one year or more toward an undergraduate or graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Core Business Operations: Learn and assist with essential department tasks and customer service activities for the Sales team.
• Contribute to Growth Initiatives: Support outreach, business development, and identify new market opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to teams to keep projects and operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate on projects: Develop action plans and improve internal processes and customer/employee satisfaction.
• Build professional networks across departments at Union Pacific.
• Assist with project management and special assignments that make an impact.
• Use Salesforce and Tableau to document work and generate sales reports.
