Positioned at the intersection of technology and education, we help K-12 schools and higher education institutions navigate complex choices to find practical, budget-conscious solutions.

Our Member Advisors partner directly with school IT leaders and CIOs, serving as trusted advisors who recommend tailored technology solutions, from student devices and classroom audiovisual systems to cybersecurity and web filtering. Backed by strong industry partnerships, we empower educational institutions to make smart investments that deliver lasting impact for students, faculty, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
Targeted Demand Generation& Campaigns
  • Execute targeted demand generation initiatives to engage key decision-makers across prospective and non-buying accounts.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns focused on high-growth areas, including auxiliary product lines, cybersecurity solutions, devices, and new OEM hardware & software partnerships.
  • Develop an integrated marketing calendar aligned with educational procurement and fiscal budget cycles to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Develop high-impact, brand-agnostic collateral that addresses key buyer pain points and supports consultative sales conversations.
  • Execute a comprehensive 90-day enablement roadmap: refresh line cards, produce vendor-neutral buying guides, publish category overviews, and build device lifecycle resources.
  • Enhance RFP responses and independently design professional pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and supporting visual assets.
  • Distill complex technical specifications and vendor details into clear, actionable, and brand-agnostic sales enablement tools.
  • Lead sales onboarding and continuous messaging training to ensure Member Advisors can effectively leverage new tools and resources.
  • Track content adoption and measure collateral ROI to continuously optimize sales tools and drive deal velocity.
  • Establish a structured sales-marketing feedback loop to maintain alignment between campaign strategy and field interactions.
Partner Relationship & Event Management
  • Help manage key vendor partner relationships, co-marketing requests, training schedules, lead distribution (e.g., HP, Dell), and joint performance reporting.
  • Plan and execute regional member field events, partner summits, industry trade shows, and co-sponsored regional conferences.
  • Oversee event logistics and marketing assets, including event display kits, collateral inventories, and demonstration hardware.
Marketing Operations & RevOps Support
  • Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot to optimize database accuracy, build segmented target lists, and ensure high campaign deliverability.
  • Maintain a centralized marketing calendar to provide clear visibility into campaign schedules and outreach timing for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate partner records in Salesforce, including state-level contacts, contract margins, and active incentive programs.
