State Farm Agent Team Member is seeking a Marketing Representative to help grow the agency through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences. You will educate customers on insurance options, develop leads, and meet marketing goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers income with hourly compensation ($17.00–$19.00/hr) and growth potential within the agency. Licensing progress for Property & Casualty and Life & Health is expected.

Qualifications

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities
