Southern Showers is seeking a dynamic Retail Marketing Representative to manage promotional booths in leading retail locations, greet homeowners, and spark interest in home improvement services. This role focuses on people, energy, and clear communication in fast-paced environments.

You’ll work full-time Tue-Sat with paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. This position offers uncapped bonuses and a supportive, high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or promotions is a bonus, but not required.
• Gritty, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work evenings/weekends.

As a Retail Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand inside of the largest retail brands such as Walmart & BJ’s Wholesale clubs— connecting with homeowners, sharing our story, and creating excitement about our home improvement services.
