Southern Showers is seeking a Retail Marketing Representative to be the face of our brand inside major retailers, greeting homeowners and sparking interest in our home improvement services. This role emphasizes energy, reliability, and people skills, with paid training and growth opportunities.

You'll manage promotional booths, engage customers, collect information for follow-up, and contribute to a high-energy team that rewards results.

As a Retail Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our brand inside of the largest retail brands such as Walmart & BJ's Wholesale clubs - connecting with homeowners, sharing our story, and creating excitement about our home improvement services.

• $15-$35+/hour (base pay + uncapped performance bonuses)
