Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Retail Marketing Representative to engage homeowners inside major retail locations and promote exterior remodeling products. You will help set up displays, educate customers on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors, and support promotions with a professional presence.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, with strong communication and a willingness to travel locally for events. A flexible schedule and weekend availability are preferred to meet coverage needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in customer service, retail, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events or store coverage
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities
