Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a QA professional to own the testing process across iLottery-related projects, including promotions, marketing automations, and feature releases for web, mobile, and app platforms. You will compose test plans, create regression tests, and ensure new promotions and customer journeys work as intended from both technical and customer perspectives.

Collaboration with product, development, and marketing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Marketing Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven digital QA experience for websites, apps, or marketing tech; familiarity with QA tools and platforms (Jira, BrowserStack, etc).
• Solid understanding of QA approaches, stages, and testing for web and mobile in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer journeys, segmentation logic, and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with multi-functional teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of accessibility and compliance standards is a plus.
• Experience in lottery, iGaming, or ecommerce platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own QA process across multiple projects and run comprehensive testing for promotions, marketing automations, and feature releases across platforms.
• Create, maintain and finalize test plans and test cases including regression testing procedures.
• Validate new promotions, player journeys, and segmentation logic from technical and customer perspectives.
• Log, track and analyze defects; document issues clearly for resolution.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure clear requirements and effective QA plans.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and UAT; provide release-readiness input.
• Perform cross-platform testing using manual and automated approaches; coordinate with external testing providers and validate tagging/analytics.
