Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a dedicated QA professional to own the QA process across the iLottery platform, mobile app, and website. You will build test plans, cases, and regression procedures to validate new features and marketing initiatives.

You will work with product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure clear requirements and effective QA plans. Manual and automated testing, UAT, and accurate analytics tagging will be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Marketing Tech.
• Proven digital QA experience for websites, apps, or marketing tech.
• Familiarity with QA tools like Jira and BrowserStack and agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA process across multiple projects and run comprehensive QA testing for new promotions, marketing automations, and feature releases across the iLottery platform, mobile app, and website.
• Compose, build and finalize test plans, test cases, and regression testing procedures to validate technical functionality, platform improvements, and player-facing features.
• Ensure promotions, journeys, and segmentation logic function correctly from technical and customer perspectives.
• Log, track, and analyze defects; document issues for effective resolution.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing leads to clarify requirements and translate them into QA plans; maintain documentation for team awareness.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and UAT; provide input on release readiness and support changes before releases and campaigns.
