Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Promotions and Retail Coordinator to support stores with promotions, manage Ace Rewards questions and account changes, and assist with onboarding new Ace Rewards customers.

You will help the marketing team plan and execute local and national events such as Grand Openings, Founder’s Day, Ladies Night, and seasonal Open Houses, and coordinate promotions in the Epicor POS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or marketing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Epicor or comparable retail software system.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help stores with managing promotions for unproductive and obsolete closeout inventory through Winter/Summer Clearance Sales, Mango COM promotions, etc.
• Assist customers with Ace Rewards questions and account changes. Update Ace Rewards account changes weekly. Help with onboarding new Ace Rewards customers.
• Assist the marketing team in preparing and executing local and national marketing events, including Grand Openings; Founder’s Day; Ladies Night; Spring, Fall and Christmas Open House; as well as Ace National Events and other local events.
• Coordinate the setup, maintenance, testing, and validation of item-level and dynamic promotions in the Epicor POS system.
