Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of project coordination, marketing, or related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
• Basic understanding of project management practices preferred
• Knowledge of firearms operation and safety preferred (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in creating and maintaining schedules for marketing projects
• Track project timelines, updates, and status in project management tool
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and potential conflicts to stakeholders in alignment with Senior PM guidance
• Support prioritization and resource coordination as directed by the Senior Project Manager
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are understood
• Maintain organized documentation for projects and workflows
• Generate basic reports on project status and work in progress
• Identify and elevate risks, delays, or issues to the Senior Project Manager
• Support adherence to internal proofing and quality control procedures
• Review files for completeness and accuracy under direction
• Maintain product and project data (e.g., SKUs, specs) in internal systems
• Provide logistical support for content production when needed
