Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Marketing Projects Specialist to plan, develop, and implement marketing initiatives across channels. You will interface with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.

You will coordinate digital, print, and social campaigns, gather requirements, create detailed project plans, and monitor timelines and success metrics. Occasional travel may be required; 2+ years in marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field; 2+ years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; occasional travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing projects for assigned areas of the business.
• Interface with cross-departmental stakeholders and develop marketing plans that align strategies of the customer and the company initiatives.
• Coordinate the development of campaigns and tactics including digital, collateral, and social media.
• Gather project requirements and translate those into actionable plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed marketing plans, project plans and schedules.
• Identify dependencies and critical paths and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Execute deliverables and establish project measurements for success.
