• Clear, concise, solutions-oriented communicator.
• Experience using Asana and Airtable or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives from intake to delivery.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans with timelines and ownership.
• Lead cross-functional kickoff meetings and maintain weekly status updates.
• Identify risks, blockers, and drive solutions to keep momentum.
• Support campaign launches with strong operational execution.
• Maintain visibility and alignment using project tools.
