Job summary

MITY Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to own the marketing team’s project management processes and day-to-day execution for our family of brands, including MityLite, Holsag, Bertolini, and Broda.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will establish priorities, improve accountability, and create scalable workflows that keep campaigns, launches, trade shows, and other initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing projects and workflows in marketing, creative, or agency environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to drive accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects related to marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities with deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create standard processes for project intake, task management, and communications; train team members.
• Create project templates and ensure repeatable success for launches and stage-gate processes.
• Own follow-ups for cross-functional meetings; add tasks with due dates and supporting info.
