Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in project management, digital project management, or marketing operations.
Experience working cross-functionally with both marketing and technology/development teams.
Proven ability to manage resource planning and capacity tracking across multiple projects.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management for priority marketing initiatives, including digital builds.
Act as liaison between marketing and technology teams, coordinating schedules and priorities.
Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and flag risks or scope changes.
Develop capacity planning and allocate resources across active projects.
Design and maintain repeatable project processes and train teams on them.
Identify, evaluate, and implement automation/AI tools to streamline tasks.
