Job summary

The Still Austin Whiskey Co Marketing Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across the company.

This role oversees project intake, timelines, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, creative workflows, and production coordination to ensure marketing, packaging, merchandising, and commercial initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing marketing, creative, packaging, or commercialization projects in a CPG organization.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Production).
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and workflows.
• Experience managing print production, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Wrike, Jira) and Office suites.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, scheduling, and execution of marketing and creative projects from concept to completion.
• Develop timelines, kickoff meetings, and ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Production, Operations, Hospitality, and Compliance.
• Manage workflow and prioritization for graphic design and creative teams.
• Facilitate briefs, status updates, approvals, and regulatory reviews across projects.
• Coordinate vendor estimates, production schedules, and final delivery for quality execution.
• Support packaging development, merchandising, hospitality projects, and product launches.
