WHAT: Marketing Project Manager

WHERE: Salt Lake City, UT (90% remote)

WHEN: Full-time, 40 hours/week MST hours | 6-Month Contract (Likelihood of extension and/or conversion)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise marketing projects and initiatives from start to finish.
• Be the main marketing contact for internal clients, specifically for new clinics within the Salt Lake City/UT region.
• Run effective meetings and have the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Help develop and execute marketing plans and materials.
• Conduct site visits to new clinic, under construction, and acquired locations.
• Work with and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify and solve project issues.
• Manage project budgets.
• Look for ways to improve project processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of [growth] marketing experience with a focus on project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple business development marketing projects; including but not limited to new builds, acquisitions, construction, growth etc.
• Friendly, outgoing, polished personality.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies across different channels (print marketing, branding, signage, media, events).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Must be local to Utah.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare knowledge as it pertains to new builds, medical groups, marketing terminology, etc.
• Master's degree in Marketing or Branding
• Born and raised in UT or have lived there for 10+ years (understand new development areas, growth, lay of the land)
