AriZona Beverages in New York is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to completion. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, develop plans, manage risks, and report milestones to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of PM experience in marketing, strong communication, and proficiency with PM tools. This role is based in-office in Woodbury, Long Island, NY, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of project management experience within marketing, innovation, or cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in project management software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project, Google Sheets).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and deadline-driven setting.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (certification a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of marketing-related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations aligned with marketing and business strategies.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables, keeping key stakeholders informed with regular updates.
  • Oversee project execution for e-commerce initiatives, including website enhancements, product launches, and digital merchandising campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among project teams, marketing leadership, and external partners.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure transparent communication around goals, progress, and obstacles.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and best practices in project management.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to support strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Advocate for and implement scalable workflows that improve team efficiency and delivery.
  • Manage and allocate project resources effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing leadership to plan and optimize resource needs.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional projects that support the strategic goals of the Marketing department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
