Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects of varying complexity with adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, SOPs, diagrams, and meeting minutes.
• Plan and facilitate kickoff, status/stand‑up, and closeout meetings with stakeholders.
• Track progress and manage action items across stakeholders with follow‑up and accountability.
• Provide regular status updates and mitigate risks to protect timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build, optimize, and hand off Asana workflows for end‑to‑end execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality standards, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project and process documentation, including project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and meeting minutes.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate project kickoff, status/stand‑up, and closeout meetings, maintaining a professional and polished presence in all stakeholder interactions.
• Track project progress and manage outstanding action items across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely follow‑up, accountability, and resolution.
• Provide regular project status updates throughout the full project lifecycle, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect timelines and objectives.
• Build, maintain, and optimize workflows within Asana by partnering closely with Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and efficient end‑to‑end execution.

Requirements
