The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in marketing or project coordination, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with banking/financial services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track marketing projects from kickoff through completion, maintaining timelines, task lists, and status updates.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between marketing, creative, digital, events, and regional teams to keep projects moving.
• Support planning and execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches with external partners.
• Maintain the marketing project calendar and ensure deadlines and dependencies are visible.
