Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of program or project coordination and event operations experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Experience with cloud storage, collaboration tools, CMS, and mass communications.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of high-profile recognition programs with operational excellence.
• Quality-check assets, ensure correct participant/category pairing and accurate spelling.
• Create and distribute asset packages via secure cloud storage for vendors and teams.
• Coordinate travel logistics for program evaluators and speaker scheduling.
• Organize and track participant forms and KPI data for 40+ finalist entries.
• Manage platform updates leading up to program milestones.
• Execute mass communications and RSVP tracking for award ceremonies.
• Package non-finalist feedback for CMS upload and maintain closed-loop communication.
• Collaborate across travel, legal, creative, and external teams to prioritize deliverables.
