  • Maintain and improve marketing processes, documentation, and operational workflows to increase the efficiency and scalability of the marketing team.
  • Help administer marketing technologies and operational tools that support campaign execution, reporting, and team efficiency.
Industry Engagement
  • Serve as Marketing's primary point of contact for trade organizations (CIMM, VAB, etc.), industry memberships (Ad Council), and related partnerships.
  • Coordinate Upwave's participation in industry initiatives and committees, ensuring opportunities are organized, executed, and leveraged effectively across the business.

  • You are an exceptional project manager who enjoys organizing complex initiatives with many moving pieces.
  • You take ownership, follow through on details, and can independently drive projects from planning through execution.
  • You communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, executives, and external vendors.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You thrive in a collaborative startup environment where priorities evolve quickly and no two days are exactly alike.
