Job summary

Bomb Party is seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist to drive rep performance, elevate brand messaging, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

You will develop and execute programs across emails, social, and websites, aligning with business goals, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and engaging stakeholders. A bachelor’s in marketing or related field and 2–5 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media management tools).
• Experience with CMS and basic SEO principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Home Office programs and incentives, including campaigns, using email, social media, website copy, and marketing collateral.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives and brand standards.
• Manage and execute integrated program campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Maintain and enforce brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication platforms.
• Coordinate internal communications to support organizational initiatives and employee engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future communications strategies and Rep Performance.
• Assist in Rep education, event promotion, product launches, and corporate announcements
