Job summary

Bomb Party is seeking a Marketing Programs Specialist to drive program creation and execution that elevates Rep performance and aligns with brand messaging. The role emphasizes storytelling, creativity and analytical thinking to develop campaigns and incentives that support strategic marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will balance creativity with data-driven insights, coordinating with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels and driving engagement through email,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications or content development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including CRM, email platforms and social media tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Home Office programs and incentives using email, social media, website copy and marketing collateral.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align messaging with objectives and brand standards.
  • Manage and execute integrated campaigns from concept through delivery.
  • Maintain and enforce brand voice, tone, and visual identity across channels.
  • Coordinate internal communications to support organizational initiatives and employee engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future strategies and Rep performance.
  • Assist in Rep education, event promotion, product launches, and corporate announcements

What You'll Do

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media management tools)
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
