For more than 60 years, Hamilton has been satisfying customer needs by combining quality materials with skilled workmanship, ensuring the highest level of performance of every precision fluid measuring device we manufacture.
Responsibilities

The Marketing Programs Specialist coordinates the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, major events, and product launches for Hamilton Robotics. Working from strategies, priorities, concepts, and campaign direction established by the marketing lead, this role creates organized workplans, coordinates contributors, tracks deliverables and approvals, and keeps programs moving on schedule. The position serves as the central coordination point across Product Management, Applications, Sales, Events, MarCom, Digital Marketing, and external partners while ensuring execution remains aligned with the approved direction.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Translate approved strategies, priorities, campaign briefs, event concepts, and launch plans into clear workplans with timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, and review points.
  • Coordinate integrated campaigns, programs, major events, and product launches across internal teams, shared services, and external partners; lead status meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with owners.
  • Maintain the master calendar and provide visibility into deliverables, approvals, risks, scope changes, and resource conflicts.
  • Coordinate complete delivery for priority programs such as SLAS, cross-functional campaigns, partner initiatives, and product launches, including all approved channel and asset requirements.
  • Run readiness reviews, confirm required inputs, identify timing risks, and **escalate** priority conflicts or scope changes to the marketing lead.
  • Maintain briefs, schedules, decision logs, checklists, status reports, and final records; coordinate performance inputs for consolidated post-program summaries.
  • Improve coordination processes, templates, planning standards, and reporting practices.
  • Support additional cross-functional marketing programs and temporary business priorities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong campaign, program, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, documentation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build practical workplans, identify dependencies and risks, and keep contributors aligned.
  • Clear communication skills for reporting status, decisions, risks, and next steps.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, with judgment to **escalate** issues early.
  • Working knowledge of integrated campaigns, events, product launches, sales enablement, digital marketing, and content workflows.
  • Experience with project-management, reporting, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Asana, HubSpot, or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience coordinating marketing campaigns, product launches, events, or cross-functional programs is preferred.
  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, review cycles, stakeholders, and reporting across concurrent projects.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, laboratory automation, technical B2B marketing, or another complex industry is a plus.
About Hamilton
  • Established, stable, and reliable company.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision insurance; paid vacation and sick time; disability insurance; 401(k); tuition reimbursement; and more.
  • Engaging and innovative design projects.
  • Strong opportunities for professional growth.
  • Commitment to sustainable design practices.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required (provided by employer).
  • Drug and background screenings required.
