Preferred hybrid location in Meridian, Idaho with potential for fully remote work; includes responsibility for budgets, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with design and production teams.
Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI) is looking for a Marketing Program Manager. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and projects across a portfolio of brands, assigned market segments, and products. You will ensure strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and materials effectively elevate brand awareness, strengthen market presence, and support business objectives while maintaining consistency and alignment across multiple brands.
This role has preference for flexible hybrid location (onsite Meridian Idaho and work-from-home); there may be opportunity fully remote work within a mutually acceptable location. #LI-Remote; #LI-Hybrid
Six years of project or campaign marketing, strategic planning, and/or program management experience. Experience with Medicare Advantage is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience (Two years' work experience is equivalent to one year of college)
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $96,183 - $144,275. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).
The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data. At Blue Cross of Idaho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for the position. Compensation decisions are dependent on factors and circumstances at the time of offer.
