Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Sr. Production Manager - Marketing to lead the in-house Creative Services team, ensuring high-quality production across analog and digital media. You will drive process improvements, manage timelines, and optimize resources, reporting to the VP of Creative Services.

A history of building teams of production artists and collaborating with account and creative partners is essential. The role emphasizes regulatory understanding, vendor management, and excellence in execution

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing production processes.
• 10–15+ years in Production Management with CPG and/or large-scale retail experience.
• Expertise in managing external agency and vendor resources.
• Strong skills in organization and collaboration.
• Understanding of Legal/Regulatory process for a controlled category.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain a team of high-performing Production Artists.
• Develop close relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
• Own, define and ensure critical processes are followed.
• Ensure creative projects are delivered efficiently from inception to execution, including timelines and resources.
• Partner with agency leadership to set a standard of excellence that meets business objectives.
• Manage a team of production artists and ensure compliance with creative/legal/regulatory processes.
