Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to improve efficiency, ROI, and adoption of marketing tools across the enterprise.
You will partner with Marketing Technology and commercial teams to standardize processes, lead change initiatives, and translate improvements into measurable outcomes. The role requires collaboration across global teams, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to process optimization.
Our Marketing Operations team sits within the Corporate Marketing function and serves as a globally focused, enterprise team responsible for advancing marketing capabilities at Baxter and improving how marketing works across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will improve marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI through process optimization, change management, and adoption of marketing technology. You will partner cross‑functionally with the Marketing Technology Manager and commercial teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure tools and processes are embedded into daily work and sustained over time.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
