Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a PMO Manager for Marketing to lead a team of Project Managers, oversee campaign execution, and optimize processes across the marketing function. You will drive delivery standards, manage risk, and foster tool adoption in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities include performance coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering portfolio insights to senior leadership. Strong PMO, marketing, and communication capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in marketing, advertising, design, or related fields.
• 2+ years of people management experience or comparable coaching and development.
• Experience with process/tooling change initiatives and PMO best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PMO Project Managers and coach for performance and growth.
• Oversee campaign execution coordination and delivery governance.
• Champion adoption of new tools and processes across Marketing PMO.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, timing, and dependencies.
• Develop and deliver reports on portfolio performance, risks, and outcomes.
