Qualifications

7+ years leading complex marketing programs or PMOs.
3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching.
Must be located in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, governance, execution, and delivery of complex marketing programs and strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Establish PMO best practices, project management standards, processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Manage timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Coach and develop a high-performing project management team.
