The role focuses on scalable processes, governance, and continuous improvement of the marketing planning ecosystem, with a hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in planning operations, marketing operations, PMO, or portfolio management.
• Experience administering enterprise planning platforms.
• Experience designing operational processes & governance frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system/workflow solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own planning systems strategy and platform ownership (Airtable, Workfront, related tech).
• Define roadmaps to evolve capabilities supporting priorities and operating model.
• Design and maintain workflows, data structures, governance, and reporting.
• Evaluate enhancements to improve UX, visibility, and efficiency.
• Partner with tech teams and vendors for integrations and upgrades.
• Lead adoption through training, comms, docs, and change mgmt.
• Design scalable planning processes with standardized data collection.
