Job summary

Rural King, America’s Farm and Home Store, is seeking a Marketing Planning Coordinator in Mattoon, IL to support strategic marketing planning and campaign execution across Rural King\u2019s product categories and brands.

You'll collaborate with the Category Marketing Planning Manager, merchants, and vendors to drive promotions, co-op funding, and events while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional internal and external support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in marketing operations or coordination preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotions across marketing channels to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage co-op activities with vendors to maximize funding opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with co-op guidelines and requirements.
• Assist in new store marketing initiatives and event coordination.
• Coordinate logistics and communication for marketing materials and events.
• Track sponsorships and analyze post-event results.
