Job summary

Christie’s is seeking a Business Manager, Marketing (Temporary) to support cost forecasting and management across Marketing Americas. You will partner with the Head of Marketing and the strategy team to manage budgets, contracts, and external vendors in a fast-paced art-focused environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, maintenance of client-facing decks, and ensuring alignment between external proposals and internal tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Paralegal or legal background highly preferred.
• Strong management experience with communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial operations and budgeting for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Proposal management and cost forecasting for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with legal to reflect commitments in client contracts.
• Manage client-facing decks and update contractual promises.
• Align external documents with internal project management tools.
• Identify and engage external vendors for creative campaigns.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with Marketing Americas.
• Lead biweekly financial reporting to the Head of Marketing.
• Develop business cases for investments and budget requests.
