Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing program management, martech or related role.
• 3 years of demonstrated ability to lead teams and set direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model implementation to enhance efficiency, governance, performance, and member engagement.
• Define and implement end-to-end offer management and fulfillment practices.
• Build scalable, auditable processes for campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee forecasting activities and provide actionable insights into performance and investments.
• Conduct ROI analyses and translate insights into recommendations for improvements.
• Partner with senior leaders across marketing, compliance, risk, data, and product to align priorities and drive execution.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations to communicate strategies and roadmaps.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster accountability and excellence.
