Swimply is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee campaigns that amplify our brand. You will manage influencer partnerships and ensure operational success in brand collaborations and events.

With a focus on strategic and operational excellence, you will build reporting processes that enhance our marketing efforts. Strong experience in marketing operations and a data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in marketing operations, brand partnerships, or campaign management.
• Proven track record of running influencer programs, brand activations, or large-scale events.
• Highly organized operator with experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source, contract, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships.
• Execute co‑marketing activations with various brands.
• Plan and manage Swimply events from budget to post-event reporting.
• Create playbooks, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Own campaign reporting, track KPIs, and optimize programs.
• Partner with Ops, Product, and Design teams.
