Job summary

You will work with Run Model operations, assist in solution delivery, and help improve process stability and documentation. Strong communication and a customer-service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, or technologies.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to follow defined processes and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Run Model by handling day-to-day operations of automations, integrations and SaaS platforms.
• Participate in incident triage, ticket resolution, and business support requests.
• Follow prioritization and escalation processes and escalate risks as needed.
• Help maintain system stability and reduce recurring issues through documentation.
• Update SOPs and knowledge base content to reflect improvements.
• Assist with requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Create deliverables such as process flows, requirements docs, and test cases.
• Support testing efforts by executing test cases and documenting results.
• Provide basic configuration, monitoring, and validation of integrations.
• Learn platform capabilities and data flows; escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and IS team members to learn the business.
