Job summary

Astronomer is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to turn marketing ideas into flawlessly executed programs in Marketo and Salesforce. This early-career role offers hands-on ownership of day-to-day campaign builds on a small, fast-moving team.

You will own end-to-end campaign execution, data quality, and reporting, with room to grow into a deep automation expert while contributing to a remote-first culture with NYC office options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar B2B role.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in Marketo.
• Working familiarity with Salesforce and data flow between MAP and CRM.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of getting the mechanics right.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• A data-driven, process-oriented mindset with a bias toward measurement.
• Clear, proactive communicator who partners across demand gen, events, content, and sales.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; eager to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch marketing programs in Marketo end to end. This includes emails, landing pages, forms, smart lists, nurture streams, and batch and trigger campaigns.
• Manage event and webinar operations, including Marketo 3rd party integrations and sync flows.
• Keep data clean: monitor data quality and hygiene across Marketo and Salesforce and fix sync issues.
• Support lead lifecycle and routing operations and refine alerts for ownership.
• Run campaign intake and delivery through Jira with trackers and launch checklists.
• Build and maintain reporting on campaign performance and surface insights.
• Maintain reusable templates and documented processes to speed up the team.
