Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Proficient data analysis, including sales and market share analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Location based in or willing to relocate to Northern New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Update daily reports and curate analyses to support area managers’ dealer contacts.
• Attend and present at key business center operations meetings with inventory, sales, and market data.
• Assist management in preparing major presentations including commercial committee meetings and launch decks.
• Combine all facets of the sales organization to streamline operations and provide actionable insights.
• Crosstrain in Marketing, Dealer Operations, Sales Metrics, and Supply Chain for advancement.
• Analyze results and provide ongoing reports to management and field sales.
• Develop and implement data collection systems to enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with management and the sales team to maximize efficiency.
