Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or related discipline.
• Master’s/MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic investment tracking, budgeting, and financial governance for Retail Banking & Citigold Marketing.
• Establish governance frameworks and risk controls across marketing workflows.
• Partner on ROI analytics, dashboards, and executive-ready performance reporting.
• Lead cross‑functional engagement with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Sourcing teams.
• Drive capacity planning, process engineering, and operational excellence across campaigns.
