Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Marketing Traffic Specialist to drive operational excellence across seasonal campaigns or always-on marketing functions. You will lead sprint planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns with clear priorities and milestones.

The role emphasizes agile execution, continuous process improvement, and strong leadership to help creative and strategy teams work faster and smarter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with agile processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint and Teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and sprint management for campaigns or marketing functions.
• Facilitate stand-ups, retros, and sprint planning with clear deliverables.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, channel leads and brand teams.
• Support agile marketing methodologies and continuous process improvement.
• Act as a central contact for sprints, escalating roadblocks to leadership.
• Oversee calendars, workflows, and capacity planning for assigned areas.
