Job summary

KENT Outdoors in Destin, FL is seeking a Marketing Specialist to keep the marketing engine running day-to-day, turning strategic priorities into scheduled, assigned, and tracked actions. This role owns the tactical layer of marketing execution: calendar and task management, proofing, shoot logistics, and day-to-day coordination with other departments like Sales, B2B, and Product.

You will collaborate with the Design Manager, Graphic Designers, and Social Media & Influencer Specialist to keep

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, production/traffic management, project support, or a similar tactical execution role.
Excellent organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple deadlines and moving pieces at once.
Sharp eye for detail, with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Experience coordinating logistics such as locations, schedules, vendors, or talent.
Clear, proactive communicator who follows up without being asked.

Responsibilities

Marketing Calendar & Task Management: turn initiatives into actionable tasks with owners and due dates.
Proofing & Quality Control: proof marketing materials and verify links before going live.
Shoot Production & Logistics: coordinate location, date, talent, and inventory for shoots.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with design, sales, B2B, and product teams.
What You\'ve Accomplished: 1-3 years in related roles and strong organization and communication skills.
