The position also drives multi-channel asset deployment, reporting, budgeting, and data-driven marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a regulated environment with approvals and cross-functional reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.
  • Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
  • Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for project monitoring and costs.
  • Delivers data analysis and BI reports, including audits and high-visibility requests.
  • Coordinates research to inform organizational priorities and needs.
  • Contributes to process improvement and maintains systems/tools for operations analysis.

Become a Marketing Operations Senior Specialist at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll play a critical leadership role in the design, implementation, and governance of SCE's Compliance Program. This position partners closely with senior leadership, compliance program owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement across CPUC, FERC, Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety), NERC regulations as well as supporting the Risk-based Compliance model. This role leads the end-to-end coordination of insourced marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and alignment across cross-functional teams and agency partners. It is responsible for building, QAing, and deploying multi-channel marketing assets, while defining and maintaining scalable processes to support operational consistency and efficiency. The position develops reporting frameworks and analyzes campaign performance to provide data-driven insights, optimize outcomes, and inform marketing strategy. Additionally, it manages budgets and forecasting activities, organizes complex initiatives, and drives continuous improvement through process enhancements, tools, and operational best practices.
Incident Management Team Expected Participation: Employees are expected to support emergency response and/or business continuity efforts, including readiness to serve on an Incident Management Team (IMT) when needed. Employees will participate in an on-call rotation (approximately every four to six weeks), to support IMT activations during emergency events. IMT assignments may differ from an individual's regular responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.
  • Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
  • Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review.
  • Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits.
  • Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs.
  • Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit. Develops and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis.
  • Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs.
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience in project management, marketing, communications, or marketing operations, including hands-on execution of marketing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience using project and marketing technology tools, such as Monday.com, salesforce, and marketing automation platforms, to manage workflows and execute campaigns.
  • Experience working in a regulated or highly governed environment, with the ability to manage compliance, approvals, and cross-functional review requirements.
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, data analysis, and SharePoint governance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and influence senior leadership.
