Marketing Operations - Manager / Senior Manager

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Operations Manager to join our talented NA Marketing team. This role will focus primarily on strategic consulting supporting the execution of marketing campaigns owned by the field marketing team, and oversee automation processes including campaign creation, nurturing, scoring, and distribution.

We seek an expert in Marketo marketing automation to segment our target prospects and ensure Veeva communications are sent to the right person at the right time.

This role offers a significant opportunity to build technology, processes, and best practices to optimize marketing campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have proven working knowledge of Marketo and Sigma marketing automation best practices, along with marketing analytics expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret campaign trends to provide early insights into evolving best practices. Research and communicate new marketing automation trends to optimize outreach, program conversions, and database engagement.
  • Manage global campaign consulting services to guide field marketers on building effective campaign journeys, nurture programs, and segmentation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with global marketing and sales stakeholders, providing recommendations to enhance campaign performance and meet quarterly objectives.
  • Develop and deliver recurring training on Marketo topics such as data segmentation, engagement studio best practices, and email testing.
  • Own the delivery of campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations to maximize funnel conversion, influence, and spend efficiency. Lead analytics for Veeva Summit events, including weekly and post-event reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting global B2B software campaigns, utilizing modern marketing techniques and technology.
  • Proven working knowledge/certification in Sigma and Marketo (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing processes including planning, execution, testing, and metrics.
  • Expertise in persona-based segmentation and data augmentation.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to build relationships in a cross-functional global environment.
  • Analytical skills to translate marketing data into actionable insights.
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proven adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Basic SQL or database skills.
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of web tracking tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience in the life sciences industry.

Compensation

  • Base pay: $90,000 - $150,000.
  • Salary varies based on experience and location. Additional compensation may include bonuses and stock options.
